The Super Snipe will initially be a single-seater with an enclosed sliding canopy. It will have a choice of a front-mounted Villiers 1.2 litre V6 petrol engine or alternatively, we are working on a fully electric power train driving the front wheels through a six-speed gearbox. It will have a lightweight stainless steel tubular chassis. The main canopy centre section hinges forward electrically for easy access.

Apart from its name it is not based on a specific Sopwith aircraft, it’s more “in the spirit” of those early pioneering machines.

The Super Snipe can be specified in any colour/livery combination. As well as the Villiers 1.2 litre V6 petrol version driving the front wheels through a six-speed gearbox we are working on a fully electric version which will give a similar performance with a range of around 100 miles on a full charge.
